Yearly, he has to study further in adult education on the basis of his profession. Thus, he is always up to date. Additionally, he is absolving annual trainings (endurance: three to five days) in leadership training of lower military cadre. As a supplement to his profession, Mr. Schönenberger has completed the formation as a driving safety instructor and he is acting as an examiner SVF – ASFC. All these further educations are including adult education as a central topic and the latest findings about training methodology and psychology.
